Delete your Dartmann account

In the app

Open the Dartmann app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account, then tap Request deletion.

Without the app

Email marketing@thelilybankagency.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What happens next

We confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. If you have a paid membership, cancel it first so you are not charged again.

• Deleted: your profile, name, nickname, photo, email address, phone number, push-notification tokens and notification settings.
• Kept without your name: matches you played in, because other players’ results depend on them.
• Kept for six years: records of payments and refunds, because UK tax law requires it.
