How paid memberships, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Plans
A membership gives you access to the venue’s boards, house leagues and competitions, as described for your plan. The price and how often you pay are shown before you pay.
2. Paying and renewing
Memberships are paid by card through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We will tell you before a price changes, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
3. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Manage membership in the app. Your membership continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after it.
4. Refunds
Refunds are at our discretion and handled by our staff; ask at the venue or email marketing@thelilybankagency.co.uk. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
