1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Dartmann app at The Treddy. Dartmann is run by Brandon Leccacorvi. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the venue’s house rules. Our privacy policy explains how we use your information.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to have an account.
• One account per person. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell our staff or email marketing@thelilybankagency.co.uk straight away.

3. Scoring and results

The scores you enter are the record of the match, so enter them honestly. Our staff can correct a result. Deliberately entering a false result can lead to it being corrected and to your removal from leaderboards or competitions.

4. Your name, nickname and photo

Other players see your name or nickname and your profile photo. Do not use anything offensive, or anything that pretends to be someone else. Our staff may change or remove a name, nickname or photo that breaks this rule.

5. Membership and payments

Paid memberships are covered by our membership terms, which form part of these terms.

6. The service

We work to keep the app running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the house rules, and will tell you why.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. The law

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring any dispute about them in the courts there.
